For this project you need something thicker than just regular paper .
Draw the heart and use it as a template. Cut or tear the tissue paper into small pieces. Put glue on the heart. Crumple the tissue paper and apply to the heart.

Use the paintbrush to spread a small amount of white glue on to a section of the heart. Place the eraser side of the pencil into the center of a tissue paper square, and use the eraser to help place your squares on to the wreath form. Continue to work section by section until the entire wreath form is full and covered.
